Prices and payment
All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT. The price of a frame will vary depending on size, frame profile and colour, glass type etc. They will always be able to follow the price development on the site.
We accept payments by the payment cards VISA/Dankort and MasterCard as well as MobilePay. No fee is charged for the payment.
Payment information must be provided at the time of purchase. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched or arrives at the store.
By agreement, payment can be made via bank transfer. In this connection, we point out that with this form of payment you are not covered by the objection scheme.
Shipping
It is possible to order delivery to Framing Peoples ApS's store on Jægersborggade, to our factory in Skive, to a private address or to the GLS parcel shop.
For particularly large frames and orders, delivery on a pallet can be ordered.
Shipments to private and parcel shops are sent with and delivered by GLS.
The shipping price depends on the delivery address:
Delivery to shop and workshop = DKK 0
Delivery to parcel shop = DKK 49
Delivery to private address = DKK 99
Shipping on pallet = DKK 595
Delivery can only take place in Denmark.
There is a delivery time of between 6-14 working days from the order being received until it is delivered.
Framing People ApS is responsible for your order until it is delivered with GLS or picked up at our locations. Damage caused after collection/delivery is the responsibility of the consumer.
Right of withdrawal
Only special production is sold on www.framingpeople.com, which means that the right of cancellation is waived upon ordering, as it is special production according to the customer's own wishes.They cannot undo it by simply refusing to accept the item.
Price guarantee
Framing People ApS offers a price guarantee on similar or comparable products. The product must be of the same material if a price guarantee is to be provided. Price guarantee is not provided for products that can be found elsewhere on offer or at a temporarily reduced price.
Measurement guarantee
At Framing People ApS, we want to make it as easy, safe and secure to shop for frames online. That is why we offer something very special, what we call a measurement guarantee.This means that if you mistakenly enter the wrong dimensions when ordering, and the frame therefore does not fit the purpose, we guarantee you a new frame in the correct dimensions.If the frame should have been smaller and therefore would have been cheaper to order, the new frame does not cost you anything extra. Has the wrong frame e.g. cost DKK 350,-, and the right size frame costs DKK 300,-, you do not pay anything for the frame.If the frame should have been larger, and therefore would have been more expensive to order, you must pay the difference for the frame. Has the wrong frame e.g. cost DKK 350,-, and the right size frame costs DKK 400,-, you will be charged the difference of DKK 50,- for the frame.
You will be charged a handling fee of DKK 50 when you make use of the measurement guarantee.The conditions for making use of the measurement guarantee are that you contact us within 14 days of delivery/collection, that you send documentation that the frame does not fit, and that we must return the wrong frame. You must therefore either hand it in to our store or factory, or pack it securely and send it back to us. We can help with a return label, but the frame is sent at your own expense.
Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We register and pass on your personal data to GLS in order to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Framing People ApS and stored as long as it is relevant in relation to the purpose for which it was collected. They are then deleted. When placing an order, personal data will be stored for five years in accordance with the Accounting Act in relation to VAT and tax.
We automatically measure how visitors to framingpeople.com use the website. We do this in order to gain insight into how many visitors we have and how the site is used. We use this information to make decisions about changes and improvements to the website so that we can provide a good user experience.
We use an anonymized setup of Google Analytics to collect data and statistics about the use of framingpeople.com. This means that we do not measure or store any types of personally identifiable data, including IP address and geo-location.
Framing People ApS uses Quickpay and Clearhouse for redeeming payments with debit and credit cards. We do not ourselves store information about means of payment, including card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
